I am trying to build my own f5 tlm lab on my laptop using eve-ng. My laptop is i3 8th generation with 8GB RAM. Can I build full fledge ltm lab on my laptop.

I used to run F5 LTM lab with 2 F5 devices, 1 switch and 3 linux servers on a laptop of 8GB RAM and i5 without an issue. In your case its i3, I think it should be using on that as well.
